Spoon carving workshop – Saturday

Imagine the feeling of satisfaction of using a unique and beautiful wooden spoon made with your own hands. You can do this, anyone can!

Spend a leisurely morning or afternoon with spoonsmith Jeff Donne at the Eden Whale Festival, learning the art of carving your first spoon.

All workshops have limited places, so you are sure to get lots of help. Jeff teaches in a way similar to the old folk schools from Scandinavia where unhurried conversations lead to heaps of shared stories and knowledge, yarns aplenty and a beautiful hand carved spoon to go with you on your foodie adventures.

All tools and materials provided, plus tea and coffee to keep us going. Cost $40.
